1. Public Expenditure Review :
The study will undertake trend analysis of health expenditures over the period from 2008 – 09 to 2013 – 14 in terms of (i) Source of funding (State plan, non plan, on budget and off – budget central allocations) (ii) types of expenditure (revenue and capital expenditures); (iii) economic classifications (Salaries, drugs equipment, major and minor works, grants, etc) (iv) sector-wise allocations (Primary, secondary, and tertiary allocations) (v) budget absorption etc in addition, the study will examine the basis of district-wise allocation of NRHM funds and subsequent utilization of funds – CARE
2. Study work through mobile phones for sanitation :
Two days training in one gram Panchayats 24 individual households, 1 school and 1 Anganwadis would be surveyed. Data collection would be done using mobile phones verification of suspicious records weekly field movement plan. weekly reporting of the progress – NRMC
3. Urban Statistics for Human Resource and Assessment Scheme (USHA) :
To act as a national resource centre and repository on urban poverty, slums, housing, building construction and related statistics, networked with similar resource centres at State and Urban Local Body levels and internationally; To collect, collate, validate, analyze, disseminate and publish building construction, housing and other related statistics and statistical reports from time to time – Government of Bihar (GOB).Bihar Urban Development Authority (BUDA).
